Digital Products

If you purchased the digital edition of Smartway Flights, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Because digital content is delivered instantly, we ask that you only request a refund if you truly feel the Book did not provide value.

Physical Products

If you purchased a physical copy of Smartway Flights:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• The Book must be returned in its original condition.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).

• Once we receive and inspect the returned Book, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items
